IS SUCCESSFUL CANCERTHERAPY POSSIBLE?

Has the conservative tumourtherapy failured until now?

In 1995, the German-Carcinoma-Research-Centre (DKFZ), Heidelberg, has examined statistically the therapeutical results earned by application of the conservative cancertherapy on various kinds of tumours. In conclusion of that, the conservative cancertherapy (that is the combined application of surgical tumour-removal + radiation + chemotherapy) decreases the chance of tumourpatients to survive at a level of 5%  (Origin: FOCUS, 19, 1995). This alarming bad therapy-result is equal with the global refusal of the conservative tumourtherapy, which is only trying to fight against the symptomatics of carcinoma, applicating celltoxic substances, but not against the casualty of establishing  carcinoma in the patients organism. By the force of applicated conservative cancertherapy( i. e. cytostatics, or radiation, or both) especially patient´s immune-system will strongly depressed . In conjunction, bone marrow as stemmcell-reservoir, liver and kidney were damaged on the celltoxic influence of the applicated chemotherapy-schemata - radiation- and chemotherapy causes various toxic secondary effects, upon general recognition. In addition, the therapy costs are very high in relation to the doubtful therapy-results of the conservative cancertherapy.

What other carcinoma-therapy methods, more efficient and specific than the conservative cancertherapy, can fight successful carcinomas over long terms?

Onkology-specialized scientists, all over the world are of one mind, that a successful fight against carcinoma basically will be possible only upon generation of  appropriate immunologic cancertherapyforms*. That means,  an “antigen” specific activation of patient´s immune-system against the altered tumourcells, including newest biochemical-, immunological-, molecular-biological methods and bioengineering*.

Hausen, DKFZ, see webpage www.dkfz.de, lecture on 29.October 1999, pages 2. and 6., duggests that the immunological cancertherapy will be the only one therapeutical method, wich will bring now and in the future the most outstanding specific therapeutical effects....The National Cancer Centre of the United States of America calls five main-areas, out of that future pioneering developments for the cancer-research and -therapy have to be expected. These are:

the immune-biology and the IMMUNE-THERAPY - it ment to be like our AHICE-therapy;

the cell-biology;

the Genes-Science and the genetics;

the molecular Epidemiology and

the Bioinformatics.

Even convinced of the immunological cancer-therapy as well, are: Prof. Unger, clinic for tumour biology, Freiburg, like also Prof. Debatin, children clinic Ulm, at an occassion of a TV documentation: * miracles are ...* , SWR,  25.11.01.

Cassian Yee and colleagues of the Fred Hutchinson cancer research centre in Seatle, USA, are at once convinced with that. They report a therapeutic-effect of 80% with their immunological cancer therapy: Welt am Sonntag, 46 (2002), medicine, p. 31.

On that thematics were carried out scientifically projects all over the world over the last tree decades of years, to find out suitable tumourtherapy concepts on immunological basis. However, till now, there have been recorded only a few therapeutical successes and only for a few kinds of carcinomas. The reason for that failure is due to applicate only one, or a few, homologous synthesized intermediate links instead of the whole cascade of the autologous synthesized, tumourcell specific Immune-mediators of the activation chain of patient´s own  immune-system.

 On this key-relationship K-BIO Institute has developed the highly tumourcell specific active immunological therapy “Autologous Human Immune-mediators / Cytokines and related Effectors for immunological Tumourtherapy and Tumour-aftercare AHICET”, after a long term of immunological / biochemical, scientifical and developmental work. This active immune cancertherapy is involving the whole immune-mediator- / cytokines- and related effectors-cascade, which normaly, is autologous synthesized over a complete in vivo immune-stimulation. In practice, this autologous immunological tumourcell specific carcinoma therapy has been proved with success on various carcinomas and carcinoma stages (patent pending).

The in vivo effectiveness is proved in March 2002 (metastatic melanoma, male patient)!

Furthermore, we also have got excellent therapeutical results on the treatment of autoimmune-diseases, such as Hashimoto Thyreoiditis and of the Rheumatoide-Arthritis Diseases.

The active immune AHICE-products were synthesized individually.
