Optimized Cell-Culture-Media for Humane-Leucocytes, based on well known basicall-media-prescriptions (e. g.  RPMI 1640 a.o.). These optimized cell-culture media provides the following benefits:

- high buffer capacity

- none cytotoxic (e. g. none activity inhibition of the DNA-replication enzymes), unlike the buffer substances, which are still commonly used.

- none cellactivating, especially against lymphocytes.
